Today's discussion:  Chocolate & Wine
If you enjoy the buttery flavor of white chocolate, then maybe a good Moscato d'Asti or Orange Muscat.  Something with sweet bubbles pairs well with white chocolate.
If milk chocolate is your favorite, then I recommend a pinot noir, or light-bodied Merlot.  A creamy milk chocolate would be delicious with a muscat, sparkling wine, or dessert wine.
Dark chocolate is paired nicely with a Cabernet or Zinfandel.  
My favorite - chocolate covered strawberries with a nice sparkling wine or Champagne!
